1. Accounts

2.2 User-Generated Content and AI-Generated Designs

When you create designs using our AI tools, you retain ownership of any input materials you provide (text, images, etc.). Designs generated by our AI based on your inputs ("Generated Designs") are yours to use according to your subscription plan terms.

Depending on your subscription plan, you may receive:

• Personal use rights only (Free plan)
• Commercial use license (Pro plans)

We reserve the right to use any Generated Designs in an anonymized way to improve our Services, unless you explicitly opt out.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create or distribute harmful, abusive, or hateful content
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features
• Use automated methods to access or use the Service without our permission
• Create content that infringes upon others' intellectual property rights

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Some features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. Payment for these subscriptions must be made in advance. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information.

Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of your subscription and renewal period. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice.

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

6. Disclaimers

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

While we strive to ensure our AI design tools generate high-quality, appropriate content, we cannot guarantee that all Generated Designs will meet your expectations or be free from errors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Terms will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.
